چکیده

This study included the application of some experiments in chemical treatment heavy metals elements by preparing biological surfaces that are adsorbed from natural and other substances, as activated carbon prepared charred pistachio shell with concentrated H2SO4 Nano-Calcium Oxide CaCL2.2H2O NaOH . The materials were diagnosed spectral techniques where FTIR infrared spectrum proved formation carbonyl, hydrogen oxygenated surface charcoal hydroxyl calcium oxide groups nano-calcium oxide, FE-SEM morphology was proven to form on coal blocks is a network irregular holes microscopic regular nano- oxide. As for X-ray diffraction technology, crystal structures surface, its shapes sizes, shown, consists Many types hexagonally cuboid rhomboid right angle, while technical size crystalline nanoscale which ranges between (54.68-67.86nm) cube-shaped. PIAC n-Calcium used sorbents removal of, Cd + 2, Pb 2 ions aqueous solutions, effect pH, contact time, multiple weights primary concentration horizontal method , minimal concentrations large volumes solutions process preconcentration

Removal of Heavy Metals from Aqueous Solution by Mordenite Nanocrystals

This study examined the ability of the synthetic mordenite nanocrystal to remove Tl(III) and As(III) from an aqueous solution. The determination of the concentration changes of H+ and OH- quantities in the acidic (pH 3) and alkali (pH 9) treated mordenite nanocrystals were done by the potentiometric titration curves. The maximum uptake capacities (Qmax) of these metal ions using the mordenite i...

Removal of heavy metals from aqueous solution by sawdust adsorption.

The adsorption of lead, cadmium and nicel from aqueous solution by sawdust of walnut was investigated. The effect of contact time, initial metal ion concentration and temperature on metal ions removal has been studied. The equilibrium time was found to be of the order of 60 min. Kinetics fit pseudo first-order, second-order and intraparticle diffusion models, hence adsorption rate constants wer...

removal of common heavy metals from aqueous solutions by waste salvadora persica l. branches (miswak)

the adsorption ability of miswak (salvadora persica l.) waste was investigated for the removalof common heavy metals; pb(ii), cu(ii), ni(ii) and cd(ii), from aqueous systems. the miswak mainlyconsists of saponins, tannins, silica and resin, which are accounted for the removal of heavy metal ions fromaqueous systems. the effects of various parameters, such as solution ph, contact time, initial c...
